Gift Certificate Policy
All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions. See Terms and Conditions.
General
By purchasing or using a gift certificate or gift card (including electronic gift codes) (“Gift Certificate”) issued by Us you agree to these terms and conditions. Gift Certificates are redeemable for eligible purchases only on Our Website and at our Hilliard Ohio showroom. To redeem a Gift Certificate, you must create or have an existing and valid account to access our Services. Gift Cards and their use on Motomentum Website are subject to Our Order Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. Motomentum may provide Gift Card purchasers with information about the redemption status of Gift Cards.
Redemption
Gift cards must be redeemed through Our retail website toward the purchase of eligible products. Purchases are deducted from the Gift Card balance. Any unused balance will remain in recipient’s Gift card account after redemption of eligible products. If an order exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the balance must be paid with a credit card or other available payment method.
Limitations
- Gift Certificates issued by Motomentum do not expire.
- Gift certificates may only be used to purchase goods and cannot be redeemed for the use of purchasing additional gift certificates.
- Gift certificates cannot be resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or refund, or applied to any other account, except to the extend required by law.
- Purchases with gift certificates do not apply to customers reward point balance.
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon electronic transmission to the purchaser or recipient or delivery to the carrier, or whichever is applicable. We are not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. If you have questions please contact Us at [email protected].
Fraud
Motomentum will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on Our website.
Limitation of Liabilities
MOTOMENTUM MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CARD CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CARD. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
